This review reflects the 4 years i resided at 433 w new england ave which to my best knowledge was leased and managed through sydgan corporation.

Pros: conveniently located in downtown winter park

Cons: - i experienced mold in my apartment as did other prior residents. The mold ruined some of my clothes and furniture which had to be thrown out.
- i felt the ventilation and air quality was poor
- can get loud at night due to restaurants/bars
- thought management was awful. had 3 different managers in my time there. All seemed very unprofessional and seemed to lack in experience.
- hefty security deposit. Good luck trying to get it all back. felt management nickels and dimes you upon moving out.
- upon informing management of not renewing your lease, management has potential future tenants enter your apartment while you are still living there with your belongings which can be inconvenient and annoying. i was once out of town and said my place was not in tip top shape and they wanted to show my apartment to a prospective tenant. i said wait till i come back. management said i was causing THEM an inconvenience.
- did i mention that i experienced what i thought was excessive and severe mold?
