These guys find it necessary to fence off entire sections of busy shopping centers all over RVA so you cannot pass through them. Why? So they have a comfy place to park a half dozen vehicles. These are the ones redoing the martins stores for publix. The felony tresspassing signs are a nice touch.

If you are a subcontractor beware. This company will take your bid give you a start date and then take your numbers and use them to negotiate with other subs. Completely unethical. With the amount of construction work out there today who needs slime balls like this. When I confronted them about using our number they claimed our bid was 20,000.00 higher than the low bidder. But if that was the case they would of never contacted us after we submitted our original bid two days prior to start. Total liars and slime balls. Then they had the nerve to send us another bid invite. At that point I sent them a reply putting them on notice that my company was no longer interested in quoting them.
