Apparently my project was not big enough and kept getting delayed. A friend and I did the install but was still charged for installation and at the end of the day the sign is not the right style for the space and is useless. Wrote to President of the company months ago and have not heard anything from they. Basically they don't care about small jobs.

Gelberg Signs went above and beyond for a recent installation that we needed done prior to a Black Friday deadline. They did everything they could to make sure it was done on time and even sent completion photos the day of and from multiple angles! Rare in the sign business.
