They really do have the rudest workers; who tend to use the most accusatory tones and statements, as if implying welfare fraud to everyone they speak to. Friends and family agree. They could use an attitude adjustment. Also, most workers aren't the brightest. Once in a while you get a great worker with an awesome attitude and it makes it so much easier to deal with whatever needs to be handled. Wait time on the phone is over an hour every time. I'm just glad we are moving counties soon. Cannot stand HCJFS and their negativity. If anyone is looking for reviews to see about moving to Hamilton County, you really should not move here if planning on dealing with jfs. Warren County or Clermont County is better. Hate to give a bad review as this agency is set up to help families, but this one is honestly the worst.
