John, you are THE BEST! It was the best 5-stars service I ve ever had from John Kim since 3 years ago I ve been with this dealership. John was very friendly & helpful during my visit. He went above and beyond to arrange the regular maintenance for my car and also took the time to found the problem with the speakers and was ordering parts and making appointment for me to have it fixed. Amazing service from John. Thank you very much, John; and my thumbs up to you.
