I recently purchased my first (used) car from Gainesville Buick GMC. The experience was a pleasure every step of the way. Brent Russell helped me first; he was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my concerns as I got to know the car and took the test drive. There were some very minor flaws with the vehicle I was interested in, but once I decided to purchase it, the staff bent over backwards to get those fixed ASAP. Robbie Bratcher was an excellent help throughout the purchasing process. He worked with me through all the paperwork, answered all my questions, and even helped me get situated in my new car. I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Even after I drove the car off the lot, he made sure to keep in prompt touch with me to get one last issue resolved.
