We recently became members with Select Health, right in the middle of a "falling through the cracks" scenario when our doctor relocated, a big shift in new medications became critical, and a new, serious health issue emerged. I am so incredibly impressed with the level of kindness, support, and genuine concern we have received from every department we have encountered. Jamie spent 2 days on the phone navigating prior authorization *on our behalf* with a less than responsive interim doctor. Others have helped me understand our medications, helped me track down good medical providers, and research appeals processes as may be needed. I realize there is training & coaching that goes into customer care & service. It is a credit that everyone I've worked with does not *sound* coached. They sound genuine & truly interested in the well-being of my family, AND back that up with their actions. Thank you!
