Staff was very helpful, responded to emails and calls very promptly. Their online portal to submit documentation too was very easy to use and I could see the details of my loan. My loan took just a few short weeks to complete. I think the only I would change is the disbursement of fund to creditors. Instead of sending the funds to the customer, Spring EQ should send out the funds to the creditor.
