For a company who prides itself on customer service, OOBE wellington certainly give Apple a very bad name. I have a faulty ipad pro, within warranty and took it in. It was only upon my insistence that someone even looked at it. They were very arrogant and I seemed to be an inconvenient interruption to their day (both sitting behind counter with no-one in shop). I see another reviewer had a similar encounter at OOBE, so I'll try Lampton Quay as they suggest, or maybe it's time to switch to a surface pro?!
