They suck at keeping in contact and updating status, even when you ask them to. They open at 830..... seems late, for most of us are well into the day at this point... and also make sure you don t go in at 830, as the technicians do not start until 9 (would have been nice to know before I arrived at 815). Speaking of arriving at 815, the young lady who answered the phone kindly let me drop off the laptop early, that was a plus. I told them I d be back at 930, the technician stated it would be a 30 minute repair, they said they d give me a call. Sat in the parking lot for eternity, went in to check status... there my laptop is ... sitting in a clear bin..... completed... no phone call to let me know it s ready... and the icing on the cake? Service manager tells my I.T. He didn t like how demanding I was. I call it common courtesy but whatever....
