Hell hell hell, this is my 2nd time I'm buying brand new SUV from Kia 1st time it went smoothly and back than Marco was very helpful as I remember , because I had a nice experience I traded my 2014 KIA sorento with new 2016 Sorento and I was promised at 1st that I get a starter installed in the car , than after signing agreement I didn't read the details in good faith because I had a nice experience before so turns out there is no starter oh wow , I tried to bargain with them saying you guys said about starter and there is no starter now, looks like their word means nothing ,so we managed after pull and push to get the started for 400$ I go today to install it and they say oh , do you have that in written ??nope no written so we are not going to give you one lol , oh my god I spend in 2 years over 110 000 dollars and they are fighting with me over 400 dollars? wow , and I keep going and coming , ill never ever buy a car from Kia anymore so so disappointed , I didn't want to make fuss out of it but I'm tired for beign pushed left and right
