Horrible! As part of an oil change they inspect brakes As part of their 31 point inspection , but because my wife mentioned the brakes making a noise they now charged a fee for looking at the brakes. What a friggin scam. For the brakes and rotors they wanted to charge a 1000 + for the work. Are you kidding me! Went to another mechanic shop and was charged half that cost. I will only get an oil change there now because when we bought the car, we negotiated free oil changes for the life of the car. They will get no more vehicle purchases or any other work.
