My only 15 days of holidays of the year, the moment when I dreamed to sleep, to make greasy mornings, to come and go without worrying about the household, to change my sheets, etc ... to live simply without to think about the chores of everyday life ... and quite the opposite has happened here. Already very early in the morning, the noise of the vacuum cleaners, voices in front of the door sent me a start: no fat dull in 10 days ... plates of fresh fruit not removed in 10 days, even after I myself washed the mold that appeared on it, the plate remained there for 10 days without anyone getting rid of it despite the bad smell and dirt. I do not even talk about the sheets, I had to ask them to change me! The staff is really not friendly or smiling except for a few exceptions like Laureena, Ariel, Rita ... otherwise the others are not helpful, I even took a "whatever" ... short. We are very far from the Accor Novotel standards that I know and which I'm used to and for which I came. I had made my reservation with my eyes closed, saying that I could blindly entrust my holidays to my favorite hotel group. I am heavily mistaken! The price is odiously high for the service I received. I thought to offer a 4-star gold is not the case. For all that he deserves 2 instead and should sincerely review his rates or his staff. I leave with the annoying impression of being more tired than when I arrived because the holidays turned into a nightmare.
