I was contacted by Katie to schedule an appointment for my first ever CPAP machine. She was courteous and patient with me. When I arrived today Deena met with me regarding financial aspects, she was very knowledgeable about what my insurance covered. Serge then met with me to go over all aspects of the machine, requirements for insurance compliant issues and he addressed any questions I had. He was very attentive to all my concerns.
