Room condition was a bit worn and dated. Some power outlets in room did not work, mainly behind the cupboard on the left as you entered the room and next to the dining table. Prices for spa treatments were a bit exorbitant. Loved the gym and Zone facilities as well as breakfast at the Living Space. However, might I suggest options of cold drinks and not to advertise availability of lunch at the Living Space during room reservation. As an Accor Plus Silver member, was not given the welcome drink voucher during check in and housekeeping did not even replenish the bathroom toiletries on the second day.
