I've been to several different convention centers ...

I've been to several different convention centers across the United States I have to say that McCormick Place is not one of the desired locations. Although I do like the city of Chicago, McCormick Place is fairly far away from the actual City. There are only two hotels within walking distance and no place to go grab a quick lunch other than at the convention center.
