Great location, staff friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle service is a plus,as was the weekend one way shuttle to three locations one being Orchard Road as it is easy to catch a bus back to the hotel stopping at the front door. Shopping mall across the road with excellent food court. Stayed on Club floor overlooking swimming pool which was quiet. Only one complaint, young children in the Club lounge not being supervised by their parents taking food and drinks and in general treating the lounge as a playground. Would stay at this hotel again.
