We had to cancel due to illness. And hotel refused reservation person basically said despite calling over 24 hours prior to checkin we could not cancel. In order to cancel our stay we would ve had to cancel 3 days ago. I m sorry my reservation were not for the week they were for the weekend and I gave them plenty of notice. For the poor professionalism, business, etc. $270 dollars is a lot of money for us and I m sad to not get the special weekend with my hubby, but instead I get to care for him at home. I m furious with this company and will make it known on every possible trip advisory page. I have contacted my bank already and have spoke to a couple more people.
