I am impressed with the service of your office.
First we called on a Sunday afternoon for the hours for customer service but was closed.
I checked the website and a chatroom help came up and I made an appointment with them for the following day, a Monday.
Monday my husband went in early and was impressed for the fast accommodation and service.
Picked up the car in the afternoon and Eric Chau, the service consultant, told us he even had the car washed.!!! What a service.
I have been bugging my husband to bring car to the washer and so happy that Eric had it washed. Told my husband - see even people could not stand how dirty our car is!!
We have forgotten about our warranty and good grief it was still within the warranty mileage and we don't have to pay a cent!!
We really appreciate your service and help!!!
