Just picked up my Ford F150 and was not pleased with the customer service I received from the young lady at the desk. After spending over $700 I asked if I could speak to the mechanic. I was given an assertive "No,he is busy" . Said I had a couple of questions and she informed me SHE could answer then . Well she did answer with one word responses with alot of attitude.
