For my latest trip in Manila, Philippines
- why breakfast did not include into the room rate, even special room rate has already offered to the guests. Generally, routinely it should be included, that makes sense.
- reservation or booking by prepaid should be resilient in case of incidental checking in or deferring. In the recent event, only one night of stay has been occupied but I needed to paid over 4 nights as reserved or booked. If cost of other 3 nights could be reimbursed, that makes sense.

Please clarify and provide an appropriate solution on the topic for longer membership
