I didn't want to add on to the negative feedback that DEW is notorious for. However, I received a callback regarding a request from a condescending employee. I had already spoken to someone about it and had an understanding, however, additional banter was not needed for this situation. People wait extended times to speak to representatives, and cannot get their benefits in a timely manner. Please answer the lines for those on hold who need immediate assistance or have claim issues/ concerns.
