My daughters' contractor recommended Bison Doors. We were skeptical after reading several reviews. However, we had prompt, excellent, professional customer service. The show room had exactly what I was looking for even though they are special order. We purchased six interior doors. I don't know how pick up goes, I am just happy I found my eight foot doors.,
