Peter from ecollect is the single most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, I was contacted by text about a supposed debt from 5 years ago. When I questioned the amount and told him my concerns about the legitimacy of this claim he told me I was being unreasonable and that it wasn't his problem. He's told me numerous different things that contradict each other, forwarded me an email chain between him and the accounts manager at the business in question which had several condesening remarks about myself and the requests I had made to receive more information. He is borderline incompetent, I'm unsure how he has managed to find a job that will allow him to be paid for his lacklustre work.
