honestly, I was not satisfied with their service at first because my manager got changed twice before I even knew. The only reason I chose zuma housing was because they offered a cheaper price than the apartment that I was living in. I renewed my lease again after a semester of cheap price. My manager and I had settled on a renewed price that I agreed on paying. However, zuma changed their mind and shoot me email saying that they were gonna charge more becuz the apartment raised the price. I was super angry because I already signed the renewal lease. But thankfully, the only thing that made me give them 3 star instead of 1 was because my manager Anh was super helpful and replied quickly. She resolved a lot of issues that I encountered with zuma & my apartment.
