I have been working at Fiat Group - Comau UK & North America for several years now and I must say that it has been an average experience overall. The work environment is decent and the colleagues are friendly, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of management and work-life balance. The company provides decent benefits and opportunities for growth, but I feel that they could do more to support their employees and foster a positive work culture. Overall, it is an average place to work at.
