This company dedication to me in hardship...with the help of their claim adjuster /Tiffany McCall, which have made my crisis her responsibility to expedite my claim. In my lost, while I am living in above 100 degree heat index, without cooling in my home. As, I am 1 of their new customer's faced in a devastating situation, she communicated with me throughout my claim and making her ears open to me and my emails her priority and with any of my concerns. If, I must say, when my claim, had left her department for final stage of my claim in making the repairs needed to replace, my cooling system, she continued to communicate with me..... this experience every customer should feel with any business.
