I've always gotten wonderful service from these guys, in particular Tom Koch...They're friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable . I'd give 10 stars if I could. I've dealt with Tom on several purchases and he's been outstanding. I'm in customer service as well and always appreciate when I get the same kind of friendly and attentive service I try to provide for my customers.
