Nationstar Mortgage originally bought my loan from Bank of America when B of A was forced to sell off some of its loans, but I have since refinanced with Nationstar again because of the high quality of service I receive when interacting with their staff. I have zero problems and a great rate, and *THEY* paid all the costs on the re-fi. Thanks!
