I cannot rate them based on the cupcakes, as I never received them, so I am rating them based on their customer service. I ordered cupcakes for my daughters baby shower over a month ago. When they weren't delivered on time I contacted the company. They kept me on the phone while directly contacting FedEx for me. Turns out the box got destroyed and the box was undeliverable. It was too late to order more as the shower was the next day. I was very upset of course, but the woman was very apologetic and issued a full refund immediately. I have been told by other people the cupcakes are delicious, though of course I cannot attest to that. But the company and the customer service are easy and pleasant to deal with. That I can verify.
