The front of house service staff are completely incompetent and rude. I would not recommend City Holden mile end to anyone.

When I booked my car in two weeks ago, I had already had the job quoted by Peter Page Holden and tried to provide City Holden with a copy to ensure at bare minimum they had the parts required to do that work. They simply told me to bring the paperwork in with the car to which I replied it was a large job and I wanted to ensure that I got my car back as soon as possible. After insisting with the ignorant staff member who reluctantly pretended to listen to me read out the parts required he told me it was a one day job and all the parts they had in stock.

My car went in on Thursday morning and at that point I was told that Friday afternoon the car should be good to go that it was a 2 day job. After receiving no phone call by Friday 5 I phoned them to find out what was going on with my car to which they told me Tuesday next week is likey finish time.

Flash forward to Wednesday the following week after receiving no follow-up Calls, they call me because they have completed all the work originally quoted which did come in under quote at $2,600. However, they then told me that due to the coolant leak they believed either the head gasket or head was cracked, which I had also told them I suspected two weeks before when booking it in.

I was then quoted a two-day job to remove the head, which is laughable in itself. It is now over a week since my car was dropped off and more than 2 days since they said they would remove the head and they still have not completed and inspection on the head.
