My wife and I have been bringing our Highlander here since 2011 and have received excellent service every time. This last visit the team took it to another level. I am usually the one that brings the Highlander in and I always speak with Le Tran, the service adviser and make sure the Brett Diller, the technician, is the one to work on our vehicle, I then spend a few minutes talking guy stuff with the boys and then go about my business. This time I was not able to drop off the car so my wife had to. When my wife arrived Le came out and personally met my wife, answered her questions, and got her on her way without any issue. When she returned, he again came out to greet her, took care to go over the invoice. When they were done, Brett came out from the shop, explained everything he had done and proceeded to walk her to our Highlander, true gentlemen.
Le, Brett, thank you very much for the attention you gave my wife, you guys are certainly what brings us back every time.
