My family and I did not care for this museum. In defense of the museum, we didn't explore the IMAX or planetarium. The worst part is that the museum is full of potential. There are a number of great interactive exhibits but very little education or organization. If you were on a tour led by a knowledgeable docent, it would likely be terrific. My first complaint is the time to get in. The lines were terrible for no apparent reason. A little organization could have improved things greatly. They have interesting exhibits but no explanations. Unclogging the Rube-Goldberg water machines would have been great. A table that elevates you on a bed of nails is cool. Organization in getting on it and an explanation of why would be so much cooler.

All told, it's a very hands on museum with a few fun exhibits. I would rate it fairly highly as a playground. A little explanation and organization though could make it much better.
