My assessment is in relation to the telephone service which is null. Call 5 times throughout the day, each call of about 7-10 minutes on average and do not pick up the phone ... I understand that the lines can be saturated, I can understand that there may be fewer personnel, it may have been that I has touched a day in which the telephone was not well, but it is not the first time that happens to me.
