Wow - what a great experience! Jim Thomas did an outstanding job helping us find the truck we wanted at a great price. No high-pressure sales pitches, he took the time to really understand what we were looking for and took the time to find it. No constant back and forth between us and the sales manager, it was offer, counteroffer and done deal!
