Do not rent from Janko Properties!! In the winter they have the heat (which they don't turn on till the end of November) on timers so it goes off in the middle of the night even when it was -30 out. Our apartment was so cold we were wearing layers inside. We called repeatedly, almost every day telling them it was freezing and that we have a young child. They ignored out calls while probally sitting in their well heated homes. It wasn't until we threatened to not pay rent that they stopped turning off the heat at night.

Everything with them is a battle, they took a month to fix our door that wouldn't lock. We went three months without a working oven. They do nothing about the rat and mouse infestations that seems to be a problem in multiple buildings! Getting ahold of them is impossible. When you call you get an answering service operator with a horrible attitude. They are heartless slumlords who rent out rat and mouse infested apartments to unsuspecting families. They are heartless evil slumlords.
