After hour service sucks. No tech service is available when the system doesn't work. I installed Smith and in about 4 weeks it didn't work. When I called, no tech service was available.

I am shocked to see owner response with completely false information. My suggestion to user is never ever believe owner response in review. My recommendation to Smith is improve your customer service and you can call me to resolve the issues instead of providing false information. I am still Smith user and certainly I won t recommend others until they improve customer service.
