We are long-time customers and today, one of the reasons why was validated. Bruce, our technician arrived to install some equipment I thought was needed, however the honesty and integrity of Bruce and Smith Thompson showed me that what I thought I needed wasn't needed. He easily could have just showed up and installed what I was interested in and never said a word. He took care of my aging batteries that I was not aware were tired, and gave us some additional advice, all instead of selling us something we didn't need. This company is TOPS when it comes to security and pest control. (We use that too!)
