Wait staff, guest services and entertainment was great. Wilkin was with the wait staff. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He even had a birthday cake made to surprise my daughter! Now Larimar is lucky to have him on staff! I give him 5 stars!!

I was disappointed however in the room. We were pressed hard to upgrade. No one really took no for an answer and yet the amenties were not worth the upgrade. There was a blood stain on the sheets when we got to our room and hair all over the floor as if it were not properly cleaned. The only time the sheets were changed was when we took them off the bed ourselves. No one seemed to give us any special treatment besides Wilkin and I'm not even sure he knew we were Preferred clients. The wait time for the restaurants were ridiculous. We waited an hour and 45 mins one night for dinner. I understand that with low attendance they didn't want every restaurant open, but because of the wait time, there should have been an additional option. I will not go back to stay at this resort again. Grounds were beautiful and again the wait staff was very kind, but the hotel did not meet standards they listed online.
