This school produces very high quality students. I have heard nothing but good things from the managers who the technicians report to that we have selected from NAA. I have had remarkable experiences with the students and staff each time I visit for interview sessions and career fairs. Each visit we end up hiring 8-10 students, which is not the norm for other school visits, I attribute this in large part to the quality of training they are provided. Students are taught specific skills that set them apart from other A&P schools/academies such as troubleshooting skills, interviewing skills, and guidance with resumes and professionalism. This sets them up for success in their careers and makes the program far above average. NAA produces professional mechanics, that is the number one reason why you will see so many employers who are looking to hire from the school at their career fairs, visiting to give presentations, and host interview sessions throughout the year.
