Since February I try to close two pension files in vain. I never have an answer. And when I call the so-called 'service' desk, neither the friendliness nor the willingness to help the customer are there! And we do not receive any contact name! Well, I try my luck climbing my request to one of the leaders! I do not recommend this company (Generali before or Athora today). Pity.
