After I lived in Hong Kong for the first time, I liked W's style very much. I couldn't go abroad because of the epidemic this year. Although Taipei W has been in operation for many years, the maintenance of hardware facilities is not bad, and there is no obvious historical trace; while in the maintenance of software, although the staff service style of W is relatively young and natural, this stay does make people feel A bit too loose. In the case where the resident alone can see that it is a pregnant woman, many details of the service will only be arranged if we ask for it...

The following is my experience on the day of my stay:

1. During Check In, the service staff delivered welcome drinks. Although they were informed that they did not contain alcohol, they still asked the pregnant women if they could drink.

2. Due to insufficient seats in Yen Bar, I was invited to the corner seat in Yen Restaurant. At the moment, I asked if Yen Bar had a seat and wanted to move in. After sitting for 20 minutes, the next table changed to a group of customers. They also I made the same request. In another ten minutes, I heard that the service staff came to the next table and said that Yen Bar was available to help them move over. I think my request should be forgotten? Because the view of the seats is still pretty good, I didn t ask for a new position, but after ten minutes, the service staff suddenly ran and said that there was a seat at the bar, and asked if we should move in and sit down.
It didn't take long to find a group of vacancies in the corner near the window, and asked another service staff if they could be replaced. The service staff explained that the seat is an epidemic prevention seat and only one seat is open. Although I did not see any Anti-epidemic seat planning, and the previous group of customers is also two people, but we also cooperated to dispel the idea, but in a few minutes came a group of two customers to sit, they were not arranged at the window seat However, after requesting the service staff to move, the window seat was arranged.
Ten minutes later, another service person suddenly came to tell you that you just proposed to change to a sofa seat. Would you like to help you change to a seat closer to the window? At the moment we are full of question marks, but still Change the seat again, but because it has been a little longer, because every drink waits at least 15-20 minutes, we left after ten minutes of sitting.

3. When preparing to use the quick-cooking pot for boiling hot water in the room in the evening, it was found that hard foreign bodies of the size of mung beans were poured out of the pot, and accompanied by impurities, there were still two times after cooking. The head of the housekeeping department immediately came to replace and deal with it. After waiting for thirty minutes, someone finally knocked on the door. It didn t seem to be the housekeeping supervisor. He thought the housekeeping staff would want to know the situation, but he only said he would come with me. Replace the quick-cooker and leave after the replacement.
I can understand that it is inconvenient to enter the customer's room for confirmation late, and I know that there are other things left in the quick-cooker. It is no fuss. Anyway, the hotel is willing to deal with it. But I think that to spend money to live in a five-star hotel is to pursue a certain quality of facilities and services. When the recent epidemic has just been unsealed and the number of visitors has increased significantly, the lack of manpower will indeed lead to a longer waiting time for customer service. The service staff of Taipei W are all very good, but the quality and details of the service itself should not be discounted. Hope to have a better experience next time you stay.
