Just recently, I called the service department and was speaking on the phone with an employee named Jocelyn. I explained to her that I had missing items from a recent service that I have received within the past week. She kept redirecting me to different departments and yet, nobody had the answer to my question. I just felt like I was not getting a direct answer, which was making me feel frustrated. Finally, I got redirected back to Jocelyn by another department. She responded to me with a cold attitude and gave very rude remarks.
