David D. was very careful upon entering with a mask, then put on paper shoe covers while in the building. He explained all he found in clear language-not technical. He explained what he saw as concerning and what was working. He was specific about age of systems, cost of repairs that may be needed, but also range of costs for new mechanical systems. He was able to make a call and set an appointment for further discussion on new systems. He was very efficient, in my opinion. Total time was less than an hour.
