I purchased a small induction 21 steel pan and and it s awesome. Cooks super quick so you have to cook a few times to gauge the heat setting you will be using so you don t over cook things. But once you get this down cooking becomes easy and quick. Another thing that is wonderful, is that it s super easy to clean, it is as advertised. One last thing I ll say is the quality control at Chantel is taken very serious. I can tell by the appearance weight and the functionality of this pan. So this said I m going to buy a set which I consider to be a good investment. I ll write another review and keep you all posted.
