Large, clean rooms. Front desk didn't answer the phone when I tried to reach them, on a few different occasions. They seem to stay in the room/office behind the front desk. To purchase something from the Sundrie, you must wait for a clerk to help check you out. One particular time we waited quite a while for someone to help us. Overall we were pleased with the room & our stay. But management may want to rethink the hiding in the back office.
