I recently moved down here from Portland Oregon. I needed some work dpne on my vehicle so I could pass emissions and prolong the life of my Vehicle. i made an appointment online and met with Reid, he handled all my paperwork and conversations with the maintenance shop. Reid was extemely helpful in understanding and assisting with my needs and cocerns with what my vehicle needed in order to be emissions and overall safety ready. I was never once pushed to get work done that wasnt needed or felt that I was being taken advantage of, that was such a great feeling
Reid was amazing in explaining everything and why it needed to be done. He is a true professional and displayed the best customer service I've ever experienced. He set me and my vehicle up with Thad in the maintenance shop to start repairs on my vehicle. I was able to meet with Thad and he was kind enough to show me what the issues on my vehicle were and how we would go about repairing them. I had some questions about general vehicle care and asked how to properly clean my engine. Thad happily assisted in giving me the info i needed. we even spoke about our families and the local area which i found great. I knew i could trust him from that point forward. we made a plan to leave my vehicle over the weekend and they set me up with a loaner vehicle to get around with. through the 3 days my vehicle was in the shop i was getting updates on how things were goimg with my truck. once it was ready I turned in the vehicle and met with reid and thad we went over the repairs and made sure everything was good to go
Thad and reid along with their team went above and beyon . they repaired the factory recalled Air Bags without any issue or making me schedule another appointment. Thad (remebering i asked about cleaning my engine) cleaned my engine and replaced worn tubing and re taped my electric connections the engine looked brand new.. i have a 2003 tundra. he went ahead and flushed and replaced my fluids and even my thermostat..because he cared and knew it needed fixed. He 100% met and exceeded my needs and ensured my truck now runs strong and efficient. i can say im not even bothered to spend money here to have my vehicle repaired because I know the quality and care put into making the customer feel important and like family
hell, i had a zip tie holding my fan casing on in one spot not really visible, when i got home i checked everything out and see. Thad put a new screw and bolt in place...never even mentioned it
but he did it because he knew it was the RIGHT thing to do.
