What to say except that this mutual is unreliable about refunds unless you harass them by mail and still ,,,,,,, forget the phone contact, the operators are still all online and do not contact you again despite the message that the you are told before ending the call !!!!
In short I highly recommend unless you have time but mostly money to lose.
At the moment I am at the 3rd request by mail and call of which I always wait that I am reminded!
This is not the first time that I do not have a return on my refunds or once the legal requests for refunds exceeded or I am informed that this is no longer possible (care for my son in 2016 and my optical reimbursements of the mm year, as if by chance, which I ended up mourning given the may of professionalism of your teams) but never had an answer during the 2 years legal, but never had a response during the legal period possible refund.
I did not choose this mutual is my mutual professional.
