Very small rooms
Minibar empty, not even a bottle of water!
No coffee machine or water heater in the room.
Cheap towels
Nothing for cleaning the shoes
Nothing to explain the 4 stars classification.
EXTREMELY expensive
Pros:
Near the Palais des Congres
Decent breakfast
Nice common spaces.
