I met Jason on line. It was a difficult deal as I was buying a vacation home and refinancing our primary residence from 15 to a 30 trying to keep our combined payments roughly the same as I was paying on the house, We were doubling the total loan balance.

We ended up getting the loan through our credit union, but Jason was so helpful and up front that I kept in contact on line. Eventually the rates dropped and we refinanced with him. The rate he got us was below any thing else out there.

We have done five or six refinances, each one was no cost for a lower interest rate. There was no points, no appraisal or other fees, and most importantly no hassles as we are refinancing every time rates drop a quarter of a point or more. The deal is done in the comfort of your living room. Only the interest due for the unpaid month is added to the principal balance as refinancing allows you to sip a payment for a month (actually paid in escrow with borrowed money). While you could pay in cash to keep the loan balance even, we always seem to find another use for this money.

Four years later, we are back to a 15 on our residence. While we owe a little more money on our house, the vacation home is paid off. The current interest is a 2.75 fixed, and the total payment is substantially less than our combined original payments.

I have referred several friends and co-workers to Jason Vondrak and Mike Millage. Risa is wonderful too. Together they are the best! My friends and coworkers have all had wonderful experiences, and most importantly have got the best deal available. I highly recommend Prospect, and will refinance again if the rates hit 2.5 or we buy another property.
